Shipping Summary:

All our gifts are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of your confirmed paid order - unless otherwise noted in the individual product descriptions. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST on Friday or on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please note that in times of high volumes, items may take an additional 24 hours to be shipped.

When selecting your shipping option, please take into consideration that the day the order is placed does NOT count as a transit day.

Shipping Rates:

Express orders received by Noon EST time will ship same day. Express orders received after our cut off will ship the next business day.

When selecting your delivery option, please take into consideration that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Ground, 2 Day, 3 Day and Overnight rates above apply to domestic shipping within the continental USA. Orders cannot be bundled due to design and size. Shipping rates are per item ordered.

Transit Times:

Ground: 5-7 Business Days
2 Day Air: 2 Business Days
3 Day Air: 3 Business Days
Overnight: Delivered by 7:00 pm - Day of order does not count as a transit day.


We use FedEx, USPS, GSO and UPS for Domestic shipments.

Shipping times listed on our site are estimate times provided to us by the individual carriers. We will not be held responsible for delays out of our control at FedEx, UPS, GSO or the United States Postal Service.

Shipping Delays:

VIP Gifts And Baskets is not responsible for shipping delays experienced by couriers due to weather situations/storms and unforeseen disasters. Refunds are not available if the delays are out of our control.

Alaska and Hawaii:

All of our gifts are available for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. During checkout you will be offered a Alaska and Hawaii shipping option to select.

Las Vegas Orders:

Although our head offices are located in the Las Vegas Valley and our inventory levels are high, not all our gifts are created and shipped from this location. Many of our gifts ship from one of our other shipping centers located across the USA. If you are interested in a gift basket for Las Vegas delivery and you need it quickly, we suggest calling our local Las Vegas offices to inquire about estimated delivery times. Special request and special orders can be filled from this location if ordered ahead of time. As a preferred Las Vegas Hotel Gift Basket vendor we can create and deliver item locally if notified in advance.

Please note that all gifts available for quick turnaround are located on our Las Vegas Favorites Tab on the site. Only gifts ordered from our Las Vegas Favorites Tab will be delivered via courier next day, if ordered before noon.

Our Candy Bouquets and Lollipop Bouquets are NOT created in Las Vegas and have to be shipped in from our bakery. 5 Business days notice is required to have these brought in for local hand delivery.

Our Spa Baskets are brought in from our California design center and are normally delivered within 2 business days to Las Vegas addresses.

Multiple Orders:

Unfortunately multiple orders cannot be bundled for shipment due to the size of the baskets. If you need to order multiple items 5 or more please feel free to call us to organize shipping rates.

Fruit and Chocolate Shipping

Shipping requirements for Chocolate, Fruit and Perishable items are in place during the warmer months of May - October. Chocolate and Fruit gift baskets are only shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders for perishable items received between Thursday and Sunday will ship Monday to prevent perishables sitting on delivery trucks over the weekend.

All fruit and chocolate gift items need to be shipped overnight or 2-day air to prevent spoilage due to high temperatures. Orders with the incorrect shipping method chosen at checkout will need to be upgrade to a faster shipping method or risk being cancelled. One of our representatives will contact you to discuss a shipping upgrade. If an upgrade is not accepted, we will under no uncertain terms be responsible for the items once shipped from our location.

During extreme temperatures, VIP Gifts and Basket designers reserve the right to substitute highly perishable items with less risk items to ensure the safe arrival of the gifts. Substitutions are always equal or greater in value and compliment the original basket design. will not be held responsible for items that melt or spoil in transit from May through October for situations out of our control. We do not regulate how the shipments are handled by the couriers once they have left our facility. If you have any concerns about perishables arriving damaged or melted, we recommend another gift choice. We also highly recommend that the buyer notify the gift recipient of the shipment to avoid items being undeliverable or left on doorsteps for long periods of time.

NO CLAIMS WILL BE HONORED for melting or spoilage during the summer months unless the error is on our end. will not honor claims due to courier errors, natural disasters and or unavailable recipient delivery failures.

Alcoholic Beverage Shipping:

All shipments of alcohol require a signature upon delivery by an adult 21 years of age or older. will not be responsible for delivery delays due to signature receipt requirements not being met. Damage to basket contents and spoilage claims will not be honored in the event of a delivery delay resulting from authorized adult signature failure We highly recommend that our customers notify the gift recipients of the shipment and notify them that a signature of a person 21 years of age or older is required for package delivery.

Our wine, beer and champagne gift baskets are shipped directly from our network of gift basket suppliers. Due to current state laws, some states do not permit the shipping of alcohol into their state. If we receive an order for one of the states that has these restrictions in place, we will contact you immediately to discuss your order.

Hotel Gift Delivery:

We proudly offer daily delivery to hotel properties both on and off the Las Vegas Strip. Each Hotel has it's own gift basket delivery policy in place that we at VIP Gifts And Baskets strongly adhere to. Due to the privacy policies of each hotel, and out of respect for the guests, VIP Gifts and Baskets does not get given the guests hotel room number, and we are required to leave the gifts at the guest services desks at the hotels. Each property differs in the fact that some have Concierge Desks, some have Guest Services and some require delivery of gifts to the Bell Desk. The procedures for delivery of gifts to the guests and their rooms differs from property to property. VIP Gifts And Baskets receives a signature upon delivery at the property and considers the delivery of the order complete. VIP Gifts and Baskets will not be held responsible for gifts that are lost, stolen or not delivered to the rooms by the hotel staff. We at VIP Gifts and Baskets, deliver orders as requested and cannot control what happens to them once they have been signed for by the hotel.  If a gift is not delivered in a timely manner, we strongly advise the purchaser to contact the hotel in question, as we have no control over the hotel properties delivery services or procedures they adhere to.

NO CLAIMS WILL BE HONORED for delivery failures by the hotels or in the event that a guest fails to pick up their gift upon notification of it's location in the hotel by a hotel staff member.

Shipping to Hospitals:

We can ship to hospitals although we strongly recommend that you send your gifts to a home or work address. Many Hospitals have a specific time for courier deliveries. If a parcel arrives after their scheduled room delivery time, your parcel remains in the docking area until the following day. Many parcels either go missing or get delivered to the rooms once the patients have been discharged. VIP Gifts And Baskets is and will not be held responsible for the loss or late delivery of a parcel once it has been delivered to a hospital by our courier. Once a parcel has been delivered to a hospital we cannot be held liable for it's delivery within the hospital. To avoid delays and disappointment, we strongly recommend that our clients ship to homes and offices rather than to hospitals.

Avoiding Delays:

In order to avoid delays, we urge you to provide complete street names, apartment #'s, city and zip codes. If the parcel is being mailed to a Company, The Company Name and Department is extremely important for fast and accurate delivery.

We will not be responsible for the delay of a parcel if this information is incomplete or incorrect. An additional shipping charge of $20.00 will apply if we are requested to re-route a parcel or correct a shipping address on the parcel once the parcel has shipped. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned to us or delays in shipping due to an incorrect address or missing address information (Suite numbers) will not be honored.

In the unlikely event of your parcel being denied by the recipient, your parcel will be returned to us and you will be given the option of a refund on your purchase price less applicable shipping & handling charges.
