Will my information be safe?

YES. We use only safe and secure technology on our site to process orders and billing information.

When will my order ship?

Most of our products ship within 24 hours. Many ship the same day if ordered by 11:30 EST. Our Themed Diaper Cakes and Diaper Wreaths are the only products on our site that may take 2-3 days to assemble.

How will I know the status of my order?

One of our account managers will email you as soon as your gift has shipped. If an email address is not supplied, we will call and let you know. Tracking numbers are supplied as soon as the gifts ship.

Can I have my order shipped to a hospital?

We STRONGLY recommend that you do not request a hospital delivery. Both the couriers and the hospitals prefer that we do not send gifts to the hospitals. Many times hospitals have a delivery time in the morning for patients. If your parcel arrives after the hospitals room deliver time, it gets held back until the following day. Many times this can result in the parcel being delivered to a room once the patients have been discharged. Couriers also prefer not to deliver to hospitals because in many cases they are not permitted to go to the patients floor thus resulting in the parcels being left at reception which could result in things being lost.

Can I rush an order?

Can I ship overseas?

Sorry - Due to very strict border regulations and 911, we no longer offer international shipping

Do you ship to Canada?

Only our baby gifts with a product code beginning with 9ML are available for Canada delivery. If for some reason we cannot send your selected item, we will contact you immediately.

If I ship to a Canada destination are there duties associated with my order?

Although our shipments are marked as "Gifts" for Customs purposes, duties, taxes and customs fees are sometimes added to the shipments by the individual countries. Any such fees, if charged by the country of destination, will be added to the credit card used at the time of purchase once the courier has informed us of the amount being billed. Certain countries require the amount to be paid by the recipient upon delivery, in the event of this happening, VIP Gifts and Baskets is not informed of the charge.

VIP Gifts and Baskets does not benefit nor do we profit from these charges as they are not at all associated with our company. Duties/Customs Fees and or Taxes differ from Country to Country and are unfortunately totally out of our control.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Cards and Google Checkout.

Can I order by mail?

YES. Orders received in the mail are shipped as soon as your payment has cleared.

If I cannot find a specific theme, can you custom make a basket for me?

YES. We make many Baskets with special order themes. If you want something specific, email or call us and we will be happy to work with you to create something special just for you.
